Sugar makes us addicted ! It is well known and yet transition to a diet without sugar or at least reducing consuming it more difficult than expected!!

Bad Effects of Sugar

In the body, the sugar usually enters the bloodstream quickly in the form of glucose , which results in the secretion of insulin by the pancreas . Glucose is thus channeled into the muscle cells, where it is either burned or stored as glycogen. When glycogen stores are full, glucose is converted to fat.

Eating sugar increase the level of insuline in blood, so the body can not burn fat and use it as energies

So protein and fat are in sleep, body no more need them that means the growth hormone will be disturbed that caused loss hair,nail, color of skin…

The brain’s food is ketone by consuming sugar our brain stop to use them

Does our body need sugar?

Our body can not survive without sugar, but that does not mean we have to consume sugar as such. Our body turns all carbohydrates into glucose during the digestive process. Thus, proteins, which are used energetically, are also converted into glucose. To cover our glucose needs, we do not need to consume free sugars.

We can call this technical a keto diet is to stop consuming carbohydrates in bread, pastries, sweets, soda, alcohol and transform the way to vegetables ,fruits and meat this will motivate body to burn fats and produce his oun energies from protein and fat.
